This report examines how AANHPI- and MENA-serving community health centers across the continental U.S., Hawaiʻi, and the U.S. Affiliated Pacific Islands are working to prevent and respond to gender-based violence, drawing on survey data from 18 CHCs, a focus group, and key informant interviews.

The findings underscore the need for culturally responsive, survivor-centered services in clinical settings; sustained training and technical assistance for CHC staff; strengthened partnerships with culturally specific community-based organizations; and policy and funding strategies that address structural barriers while supporting the health, safety, and well-being of AANHPI and MENA survivors and their families.

This was a project conducted in partnership with the Asian Pacific Institute on Gender-Based Violence (API-GBV), Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO), and Community Health Synergy.
